Peter Trigger was given the anti social behaviour order in 2008 after he was spotted in a schoolgirl outfit, similar to that worn by Britney Spears in one of her videos.
Parents complained after he was seen outside a Primary school in the town. He is banned from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 8.30am and 10am, and 2.45pm and 4pm.
The 60-year-old, from Farndon Close in Northampton, is also banned from behaving in a manner which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to others.
At a hearing today [Thurs] at Northampton Magistrates Court, Mr Trigger denied breaching the Asbo three times. The court heard he allegedly caused harassment, alarm or distress on December 16 last year, contrary to the terms of the order.
He is also accused of wearing a skirt and having bare legs at 9.05am on January 27 this year, and again at 9.07am the following day - again breaching his Asbo.
During the short hearing Trigger denied all three charges and two separate trial dates have been arranged for May and June.
