RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which apply to the 'Win £500 to make your Monday less Blue with Arriva Bus' competition ("the Competition") which will run on Heart North East from 6th March 2019 to 20th March 2019 (the Duration”). 

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the competition an entrant must go to www.heart.co.uk/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on wednesday 6th March 2019 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 20th March 2019.

4.    Entrants must correctly answer the related question and enter all details in full for the chance to win.

5.    One winner will be selected at random from all correct and valid entries to the competition.

6.    The winner will be selected and contacted via phone on 21st March 2019.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must 18 years of age or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    One winner will receive £500.

10.  The money will be issued by way of a cheque, issued via Global Radio, and will be sent within 28 days of the date of winner being notified.

11.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
