RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘[Roflow Ladies Evening at Sedgefield Racecourse]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 00:01 on Monday 12th August 2019 to 23:59 on Sunday 25th August 2019 on Heart North East Teeside (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk/NorthEast and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 12th August 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 25th August 2019.

4. Entrants must answer a Multiple Choice Question, a member from the Heart team will select a winner from all eligible entries and contact the winner. 

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be age 18 or over.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:

• 6 x £70 Tickets for The Mad Hatters Marquee. these tickets include,
• Hospitality admission with reserved seating on arrival.
• Luxury afternoon tea (vegetarian option available)
• Teapot cocktail, (Any other drinks must be purchased by the winner on the day)
• Raceday programme

7.  The package as detailed per person. Winner needs to be available on the date of the event to attend, no substitute prize is available.

8.  Travel to the venue is not included. Winner to collect tickets from Sedgefield Racecourse box office.

9.  Accommodation is not included in the prize.

10. The seating plan will be confirmed in an email to the winner.

11. Afternoon Tea - dietary requirements are taken by the racecourse at the time of confirming the winner.

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
