SC2 Competition on Heart North and Mid Wales, May & June 2019

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Heart Radio’s general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at (http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the SC2 radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 0600 on Monday, 20th May until 1000 on Friday, 24th May and from 0600 on Tuesday, 28th May until 1000 on Friday, 31st May 2019 (“the Duration”) and the SC2 online competition ("the Competition") which will run from 0001 on Monday, 13th May until 2359 on Sunday, 2nd June 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart North and Mid Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the on-air Competition an Entrant must listen to the Breakfast Show on Heart from Monday, 20th May to Friday, 24th May and from Tuesday, 28th May to Friday, 31st May and once they hear the presenter open the lines, call the studio to enter the competition. One entrant will be picked at random from the pool of entrants each day and brought to air. They will need to xxx to win four tickets to the official launch of SC2 on Friday, 7th June 2019

All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random

To enter the online Competition, entrants must go online to heart.co.uk/northwales, answer a question and register their details to be in with a chance of winning the prize

Online entry will open at 0001 on Monday, 13th May and close at 2359 on Sunday, 2nd June 2019.

One winner from the online entrants will be chosen at random and will be contacted by Heart on Monday, 3rd June 2019.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must be aged 18 and over.

Prize:

For the Breakfast Promotion there is a prize per day to be won of four places to the official
launch of SC2 on Friday, 7th June 2019. The prize will include food and drink, access to the
Waterpark, a goody bag which will include a return family ticket to the Waterpark, plus one
member of your party with take part in the Heart TagACTIVE Challenge with Meg and Oli.

The prize for the online competition is four places to the official launch of SC2 on Friday, 7th
June 2019. The prize will include food and drink, access to the Waterpark, a goody bag which
will include a return family ticket to the Waterpark, plus one member of your party with take
part in the Heart TagACTIVE Challenge with Meg and Oli.

The return family ticket to the Waterpark is valid for two adults and two children and must be
taken by 31st December 2019.

Prizes are subject to availability.

The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
