The Candice Colley Foundation

A charity has launched in memory of Wirral girl Candice Colley, to help people with leukemia.

Candice from Thingwall passed away two years ago after twice beatling leukemia, but died after she caught a lung infection whilst recovering from a transplant.

During her second round of treatment, the 23 year old organised a donor marrow donor registration day from her hospital bed, with hundreds of people turning up to help find her a donor.

Now family and friends have set up the Candice Colley Foundation, to help other families as they battle with the illness.  We've been talking to her mum, Angela Marincowitz.
