RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at (https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Chester Racecourse’ radio competitions (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 2nd August 2019 on Heart North West (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 
 
Details of the Competition: 
 
To enter: 

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must text RACE to 82122. Opening and closing times will be given out on air.  

4.    One Entrant will be selected at random to play.

5.    The Presenter will spin a wheel with a 50/50 chance of winning.

6.    If the Entrant loses, we will move onto the next caller until an Entrant wins the prize. 

7.    If the caller fails to answer the call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random. 
 

Eligibility:

8.   All entrants must be 18 years or over.

9.   Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition 

Prize:

10. 2 adult and 2 child passes to the ParentFolk hosted chalet within the Festival Village

A glass of pink fizz on arrival for adults and complimentary soft drinks for the children

Racecard for all 

Children’s activity pack for the children

Car park pass

BBQ 

Access to cash bar

Live music from DJs Dads on the Decks

Terms: 

11.   The promoter is: Chester Race Company whose registered office is The Racecourse, Chester CH1 2LY.

12.   The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13.   The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
