RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Lyons Holiday Parks radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 17th April 2019 until Tuesday 30th April 2019 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Wednesday 17th April 2019 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 30th April 2019.

4. Entrants must answer a multiple choice question for the chance to win.

5. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be notified via telephone or email.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. One winner will receive the prize of a weekend break (3 nights Friday night, Saturday night & Sunday night) for up to 8 people staying in a gold standard holiday home to be taken in low season at Lyons Winkups, inclusive of a game of golf at Pirate Island Adventure Golf Course at the sister park, Lyons Robin Hood.

9. Full prize details:

Holiday home will be made up of double and twin beds
Prize includes linen and complex passes
The stay must be taken between 1st June 2019 and 30th April 2020, excluding the following dates; 24th May – 3rd June 2019, 19th July – 3rd September 2019, 25th October – 4th November 2019, 5th November 2019 to 12th March 2020, 27th March to 24th April 2020
Booking is subject to availability & will be dates will be discussed with the winner. The winners desired dates may not be available

10. Food, drink and travel is not included.

11. Prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.

12. Prize booking will be discussed with the winner.

13. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
