RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Southport Pleasureland radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 2nd October 2019 until Tuesday 15th October 2019 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
3. Go online to heart.co.uk, answer the question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Wednesday 2nd October 2019 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 15th October 2019.
4. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be notified via telephone or email.

5. Entrants must be age 18 or over.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
7. The prize is:
- Tickets for a family of 4 to the Day of the Dead Festival on 2nd November at Southport Pleasureland.
- The competition winner will be provided with 4 free entry passes and 4 FunCards with 25 ride tokens on each card. There is no cash alternative.
- All riders must have their own FunCard.
- FunCards can be topped up at self-service kiosks around the park and at the central token booth.
- All free and bonus tokens will be taken from the card last, and can’t be used on games stalls, retail outlets or the bungee trampolines.
- Tokens cannot be transferred from one FunCard to another and special offers cannot be split between FunCards.
- Cash is not accepted on any rides.
- FunCard tokens are only valid at the Day of the Dead event on 2nd November 2019 and can be used from the moment you collect them in the park until they are all gone. When your tokens run out, you can just top up with more on-site at the rate in the park if desired.
- Southport Pleasureland accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged FunCards, however, it was caused.
- Southport Pleasureland reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time, refuse a sale to any person, refuse entry to any person or remove any person from Southport Pleasureland, carry out reasonable searches of an individual or property prior to entry to Southport Pleasureland and carry out reasonable surveillance of an individual whilst in Southport Pleasureland for security and safety purposes.
- How the tickets & tokens will be received will be discussed with the winner.
- Overnight stay at The Bliss Hotel in Southport for a family of 4 – including 2 adults & 2 children (aged up to 16) staying in a family room which consists of 2 double beds.
- Hotel stay is subject to availability and any alternate dates to November 2nd 2019 will be discussed between the hotel and the winner. The prize is valid until February 2020 – subject to availability.
- Breakfast the following morning is included from a set breakfast menu.
- Hotel booking will be arranged through the hotel and the winner will be contacted via the hotel.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
