Heart's been given photos of what happened.

Firefighters were called to Blenheim Palace on Tuesday afternoon.

It's thought the fire started after staff attempted to thaw frozen pipes.

More than 40 fire fighters were called in to tackle the blaze at the Oxfordshire birthplace of wartime prime minister Sir Winston Churchill.

Despite the scale of the operation, it's thought that the palace sustained only minimal damage.
