Cambridgeshire Police have released CCTV images of an armed robbery that took place in Peterborough in September.

It happened on Sunday 19th September at around 7:30pm when a man went into the Shell garage in Paxton Road, Orton Goldhay.

He used a gun to threaten two members of staff, stole cash from them and then left the store.

The man is white and described as wearing black bike leathers, a light brown scarf around his face, black boots and a bike helmet.

Detective Sergeant Rob Norman, who is investigating, said: "I would like people to look at these images and consider if they have any information about who the man might be or if they saw him on the day of the robbery.

This was a terrifying experience for the members of staff involved and we are keen to catch the man responsible."

Anyone with any information is asked to call Det Sgt Norman on 0345 456 456 4, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
