Police in Peterborough have released a new CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with an armed robbery in the city.

The robbery happened at Coral in Hampton Court at around 7:15pm on the 22nd July.

Two men wearing balaclavas and with hoods pulled up, one carrying what was described as a sawn-off shot gun and the other a handgun, entered and told customers and staff to stay where they were.

One robber stayed at the front of the shop while the other climbed over the counter and told a member of staff to open a safe and fill a bag with money.

They fled and are believed to have got into a car in Gransley Rise.

DC Steven Martin, who is investigating, said: "I am re-appealing for anyone with information to come forward and particularly anyone who recognises the person in this CCTV image." [pictured - right]

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Martin on 0345 456 456 4, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
