Prince Charles braved the rain to visit the East of England Show in Peterborough on Friday the 6th of July.

The prince spoke to farmers at the livestock pens, danced in the Africa Area, and witnessed students from Peterborough Regional College showing off their stone masonry skills.

Show committee chairman Andrew Riddington said: “This is the biggest rural event in the local calendar and celebrates everything that is great and good about the countryside. We are absolutely delighted that its standing as a major event has been further enhanced with Prince Charles’ attendance.”
