Spalding: Body Of Man Found

The body of a man has been discovered behind a block of flats in Spalding.

Lincolnshire Police say officers were called to the rear of some flats in Landsown Court, Roman Bank shortly before 10am this morning.

A member of the public had discovered the body of a man.

A cordon has been put up around the scene.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained by Police.

Lincolnshire Police added that a post mortem examination will be carried out ''in due course''. 

The man has not yet been identified, however the force has stated that the body is believed to be a 48 year old man from the local area.
