Protesters are to stage a demonstration in Wisbech over concerns about immigration.
The Wisbech Immigration Issues group say they plan to hold a static protest in Wisbech Park between 1pm and 2pm today (Saturday).
One of the protest organisers, Sharon Jardine, said: "We've got no issue with anybody coming here who wants to work, who wants to work alongside us and wants to contribute to our town.
We have no problem with that.
The issue we have is when people are not prepared to do that."
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: "We are aware of a planned static protest by the Wisbech Immigration Issues (WII) group in Wisbech on Saturday (May 18).
Planning has been carried out to ensure an appropriate police response that maintains public safety, however, we are not anticipating any disorder or disruption to the public.
The force fully supports people's right to peaceful protest and we are continuing to work with Fenland District Council and other key partners and communities."
