Time4Change based in Stoke village offers FREE support and confidential help for people who can be in one of lives most challenging experiences.

There's huge amount of stress inside a family with these issues. They aim to work with respect and support those we meet without passing any judgements as the workers are mindful of the heartache, sadness, shame, anger, embarrassment and guilt that often surrounds the problem.

The team is made up of two qualified therapists and an outreach worker.

You are welcome to work as an individual, couple or family work and use the groups.

You can self refer and they take referrals from local drug and alcohol agencies.
