Hoodie Wanted Over Vulgar Vandalism
Four hooded youths are wanted by police in connection with vulgar grafitti that was sprayed on the brand new Plympton library.
There's outrage that the new multi-million pound building was targeted within two weeks of opening.
Locals had campaigned for 3-years to get it rebuilt after it was burned to the ground in 2008.
Now police have released CCTV footage of a hoodie the want to talk to in connection with the incident.
Plympton Cricket Club was also plastered with vulgar grafitti.
