A 15-year-old boy who raped a drunk young girl has been locked up for three years.
The teenager attacked the 13 year-old within a wooded area in Pollok, Glasgow in January last year.
The sex attacker returned to the High Court in Glasgow today after being convicted following a trial last month.
He was found guilty of raping his victim while she was "incapable of giving or with-holding consent".
Judge Bill Dunlop told him: "This young girl must regret the bad luck which brought you to cross her path.
"What her conduct was not was an invitation to you to take advantage of her condition."
The judge concluded the attack must have been "a very unpleasant experience" for the victim.
The rapist - who was 14 at the time of the attack - showed no emotion as he was lead to the cells.
