A man has been charged after a video which appeared to show a motorist driving while using a mobile phone, laptop and earphones was posted online.
The footage, recorded by a cyclist, was captured in Queen's Road, Aberdeen.
The cyclist, known as Aberdeen Cycle Cam, catches up with the Land Rover when it is stuck in traffic and films the male driver apparently holding a mobile phone. He appears to be wearing earphones and to have a laptop open beside him.
It was posted on YouTube on February 5.
Police said: "Police Scotland can confirm that, following inquiries into footage showing a road traffic matter on Queens Road, Aberdeen, a 46-year-old man has been charged and reported to the procurator fiscal.
"The incident took place on February 5. It is anticipated the male will appear in court at a later date.''
