The family of a man who died following an alleged assault have paid tribute to him.
Craig Logie was hurt in a disturbance in Friars Street, Stirling, at around 12.20am on Friday. The 36-year-old died the following day at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh.
His family said they have been left "devastated''.
In a statement issued via police, they said: "Craig was a much-loved husband, son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed.''
A 55-year-old man, who has not been named, suffered a serious leg injury during the incident.
Two men, aged 26 and 27, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Detective Inspector Rory Hamilton said: "Our sincere condolences go to Craig's family and friends at this very sad time.
"Inquiries into the full circumstances surrounding this incident are still ongoing.''
