Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest customers have vented their anger on Twitter after they were hit by yet another banking glitch.
Some customers found themselves unable to withdraw cash or use their card in bank branches.
The issue is believed to have lasted around half an hour and has since been resolved.
Twitter user @emmachubbz tweeted RBS to say: "Not happy, cannot draw money for the second time this year. Hurry up, please sort the problem.''
Meanwhile @colinmccredie said he had tried using his card at two cash machines in Glasgow but was denied both times.
In an official statement, RBS acknowledged that "some customers may have experienced difficulties using our ATM network, and Chip and PIN facilities within our branches for a short period of time this morning''.
It added: "These issues have now been resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to those customers affected.''
It marks the latest in a series of banking glitches to beset the bank.
In July, customers were locked out of their online banking for nearly an hour - something which RBS later blamed on a cyber attack.
A month earlier many customers were left without funds over the weekend after 600,000 transactions were delayed for a number of days.
