A close friend of a murdered Glasgow shopkeeper has told Heart it is "shocking" his extremist killer has been releasing chilling messages from inside a Scottish prison.

Tanveer Ahmed was locked up for life last year for stabbing loved Muslim newsagent Asad Shah to death.

His minimum prison term is 27 years.

Audio clips of the murderer encouraging his supporters to attend a controversial rally have been shared on Facebook thousands of times.
