Man charged by police following Renfrew death

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of another man more than four months ago.
Paul Mathieson was found with serious injuries in Houston Street, near Wilson Street in Renfrew, on Sunday January 14.
The 37-year-old, from the town, was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he died almost a week later.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged over the incident, Police Scotland said.
He is expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
