Man Dies After Rural Road Crash

A man has died after crashing off a rural road into a ditch.

Emergency services were called to the scene on the B996 Kinross to Kelty road in Fife at around 3.20pm today.

The driver of the car died at the scene and police closed the road in both directions to examine the circumstances of the crash.

Any witnesses have been asked to contact police on the non-emergency 101 number.
