Three men have been charged following an alleged abduction and robbery.
Police received a report of concern for a man who was seen entering a Vauxhall Zafira in West Boreland Road, Denny in the Falkirk Council area at about 3.45pm on Monday.
The vehicle was traced in Glasgow Road and the 38-year-old man was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert with non life-threatening injuries.
Police said three men, two aged 27 and one aged 29, have been charged in connection with an alleged abduction and robbery.
The 29-year-old and one of the 27-year-olds have also been charged with alleged assault.
Detective Inspector Jim Thomson, of Falkirk CID, said: "We continue to treat this as an isolated incident and want to thank the public for their vigilance and co-operation so far.
"If anyone has information about this and has not yet spoken to officers, I'd ask that they contact Falkirk CID via 101 or report this anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.''
The men are expected to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
