Three men have been arrested in connection with the death of a 38-year-old man in North Lanarkshire.
Stewart Rexter, from Coatbridge, was found seriously injured in Victoria Place, Airdrie, last Thursday.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment, but died on Saturday.
Police Scotland said a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Three men, aged 26, 29 and 24 have been arrested in connection with the death.
They are expected to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
