RULES ONLINE

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Tiso’ competition which will run from Tuesday 1st October to Monday 14th October 2019 on Heart Scotland.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 1st October 2019 and close at 23:59 on 14th October 2019.

4.    All entrants must answer the multiple-choice question and fill out the required details.

5.    One winner chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries after the competition closes.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be age 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive the prize of £1000 worth of vouchers to spend on a family break to Loch Tay Highland Lodges (https://lochtay-vacations.co.uk/).

9.    The vouchers can be used for any of the lodges within the £1000 value.

10.  Loch Tay Highland Lodge bookings are subject to availability.

11.  The Loch Tay Highland Lodges Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12.  The £1000 in vouchers will be sent to the winner within 28 days of winning.

13.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
