Speaking to OK! Magazine, Peter revealed: "Making sure my kids are protected and away from any negativity is my main priority.”
"I try to be as honest as I can be, but I do try and find a way to divert it. I just want to keep the kids protected.”
"When any of the kids ask me questions, and that goes for Millie [Emily MacDonagh] as well, if it’s anything that’s a concern, I try to be as honest as I can."
However, the star admitted that some things, such as classroom chit chat, are out of his control.
"Yes, I worry about things the kids might hear, but I'm dealing with it all," he explained.
"Diversions have always been my tactic, but if it's important, I'll address it."
After his split from Katie Price, Peter found love with wife Emily MacDonagh, and shares two children with her - Amelia, 4, and Theo, 1.
Meanwhile, former glamour model Katie is in the midst of a messy divorce from third husband Kieran Hayler.
