The Lip Sync Battle star shared this honest insight into the sometimes horrors of childbirth... and it's not for the faint-hearted.
Chrissy Tiegen is known for her honest and often hilarious comments, particularly on Twitter, surrounding her family and home life.
Many of her fans praise her for her honesty and since giving birth to her and husband John Legend's second child she has behaved no differently.
The pair welcomed Miles Theodore Stephens into the world on 16th May who is little brother to their daughter, Luna.
Not too long after the birth Chrissy shared an honest insight into one of the less glamorous sides of childbirth with the following tweet...
I can confirm postpartum life is 90% better when you don't rip to your butthole. Baby boy: 1 point. Luna: 0— christine teigen (@chrissyteigen) May 20, 2018
In the tweet she unashamedly shared the harsh realities that come alongside childbirth and many of her fans jumped in to praise her honesty.

How can you not completely adore this woman? I become more impressed & entertained by her every day.— Not the Whitehouse moron (@jonkelly1970) May 21, 2018
Another fan praised her for not 'over-glamourizing' birth and keeping it real with her frank account of what happened to her during her first labour.
She also proudly showed off her postpartum figure in a snap in her kitchen which showed her breastfeeding her new bundle of joy while wearing mesh medical underwear.
She looked relaxed and absolutely glowing while posing for the candid photo which she uploaded with a caption that read: "If you haven’t seen @aliwong’s new Netflix special, you are bad at picking Netflix specials #asianpearunderwear".
This comment refers to comedian Ali Wong's Netflix show, 'Hard Knock Wife' and with her daughter Luna in the background this is a picture many mums will relate to!
