The Eastenders star put his daughter at ease before she headed to the Love Island villa.
Things in the Love Island villa can hot up incredibly quickly.
And it's no surprise when a group of gorgeous singletons are stuck in a holiday villa with alcohol and not much else to do.
After this year's line up was released many were surprised to see Danny Dyer's daughter Dani on the bill after her disastrous stint on ITV's 'winter Love Island', Survival of the Fittest ended in heart break as she exited the show with an injury.
ITV bosses have given the 21-year-old a second chance and she is certainly the most high profile name heading into the villa because of her dad's Eastender's fame.
And it turns out her dad has given her his blessing for ANY situation in the villa, particularly when things hot up.
When asked if her dad had given her his blessing for any romantic antics on the TV show, she told The Sun: "Yes. But I won’t. He said that because he wants to put me at ease."
“He is so laid back in everything I do. He said, ‘Whatever you want to do, go do it.’ And I’m like, ‘Ah thanks, dad."
“He’s cool, as long as I respect myself and don’t do anything silly in there. It’s being respectful in the way of having sex. I wouldn’t do it on TV. But my dad is in the industry as well so I have to respect the fact that anything that comes at me will also come at him and it isn’t fair on him. He doesn’t need it at all.”
It sounds like Dani has her head in the right place right now, but fans of the show know too well that anything can happen in that villa!
