The professional baker only announced his split from wife Alexandra two days ago.
Paul Hollywood is being accused of 'snubbing' his estranged wife in new TV programme.
A documentary titled Paul Hollywood: A Baker's Life, will take a closer look at the celebrity baker's career, with a number of close friends and family members giving their memoirs about the star.
However, it has been reported that the blue-eyed baker fails to include any mention of ex-partner Alexandra.
Paul with his mum in upcoming documentary.
A source told The Sun: "His mum is heavily featured and he talks a lot about different relatives. But Paul ignored his wife and doesn’t talk about her on camera at all. It felt very strange given he has spent a lot of his life with her and they have a son together."
The couple announced only earlier this week that, after 20 years of marriage, they were separating - and their priority was to focus on the happiness of their teenage son Josh.
It seems that Paul has more pressing matters to address in his documentary, as insiders claim that he lashes out at ex Bake-Off colleagues Mel Giedroyc, Sue Perkins and national treasure Mary Berry.
Addressing his decision to stay on the Great British Bake Off after the show moved channels, he says: "Three people walked out the tent and one person stayed. Why am I being called a traitor?"
Paul Hollywood: A Baker's Life is due to air on Monday 27th November on Channel 4 at 8pm.
