Sadly little Theo had to undergo 'traumatic' surgery when it was revealed he was born tongue tied and doctors had to perform a procedure to separate his tongue from his mouth.

At the time Emily said "Pete and I were both crying when Theo had his operation… Once they’d finished, they brought him straight out for me to breastfeed and he took to it straight away. We were both in tears."

Happy days :)

Despite the 16-year-age gap - Pete is 44 and Emily is 28 - the pair have remained absolutely smitten since they met and tied the knot at a classy wedding with a slightly smaller price tag than his extravagant £1million wedding to Katie Price.

The pair wed at Mamhead House in Exeter and Pete told OK! Magazine at the time "It's been the most fantastic day of our lives – we've loved every moment.”

He continued ""I couldn't have wished for a better day. I've married the love of my life and I couldn't be happier.”
