The celebrity team captains will battle for victory in an allstar football match at Old Trafford.

Robbie Williams will lead a host of stars such as Olly Murs, Gordon Ramsey and James McAvoy in this year's Soccer Aid when England's celebrity football team tackles against international stars at Manchester's Old Trafford on Sunday June 8 2014.

Due to an injury the former Take That star, Robbie, will be cheering on the UK team from the side in his role as as assistant manager alongside West Ham boss Sam Allardyce, while Welsh movie star Michael Sheen and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho head up the world team.

Robbie said: “I’ll be listening to Big Sam and follow his lead. I’ll be his assistant manager this year, what a dream job."
