The This Morning regular has joined Dec in the jungle in Australia to host the 2018 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here and apparently her first visit to the set was emotional.

Declan Donnelly has spilled the beans about the emotional moment Holly Willoughby was shown the I'm A Celeb camp for the first time.

Speaking on the jungle show's sister programme, Extra Camp, he revealed: "I remember on the first day I took her to the camp and said "this is where we stand'' and she was at the entrance and a little tear came out of her eyes."

Dec has hosted the show alongside his presenting bestie Ant McPartlin since 2002 and admitted : "It's so nice seeing it through everybody's eyes at well, I mean I've been here a long time."

Holly has put on her jungle boots this year to replace Ant during his break from TV following a stint in rehab and as a result has waved goodbye to the This Morning sofa and headed to Australia.

It seems as though her first appearance on the show has gone down well with fans who took to Twitter to praise her efforts.

Fans gushed over the 37-year-old presenter's appearance on the show and praised her for "stepping into Ant's shoes" for the series.

Ant also took to Twitter to wish his best pal Dec and Holly luck for the series and posted the following message...
