Strictly Come Dancing weight loss: Faye Tozer and Kate Silverton open up about their body transformations

Being a Strictly Come Dancing contestant means a lot of hard work and training from both the celebrities and the professional dancers.
The daily dance training is rigorous and many celebrities end up losing weight while taking part.

During the 2018 series both Faye Tozer and Kate Silverton have opened up about their body transformations during the series.
Faye Tozer
The 42-year-old Steps star revealed at the start of October that during her training with Strictly partner Giovanni Pernice she dropped a dress size.
Speaking to New! magazine Faye revealed: "I've definitely dropped a dress size.
"I was between a size 10 and a size 12 and now I'm a size 10.
"I thought I was fit before but you're literally on your feet for at least six hours a day."
She said the secret to her trim figure is down to snacking on high calorie food regularly rather than eating fewer big meals.
Kate Silverton
The 48-year-old broadcaster who is partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec revealed that the transformation Strictly Come Dancing has had on her body has left her feeling "liberated".
Speaking to the Mirror at the start of October she said: "I think I've lost a stone already, it's the Aljaz school of weight loss,"
"And my husband is very happy about that… nudge nudge. I feel liberated too! I was looking at my thighs today and I'm getting so much definition."
She even revealed that she is close to fitting back into her bridal dress from her wedding day to husband Mike Heron in 2010.
