The former Take That singer and wife Ayda will join the judging line-up for the 15th series of X Factor later this year.
Robbie Williams, 44, and American wife Ayda Field, 39, are to be the first married couple to sit on the X Factor judging panel.
The couple have reportedly signed a £10million deal to feature on the upcoming series of the reality show alongside Simon Cowell, 58.
Robbie and Ayda will be replacing previous judges Louis Walsh, 65, and Nicole Scherzinger, 39.
Producers are reported to be 'over the moon' at the new judging duo, who both ooze charisma and character.
Robbie's wife Ayda is no stranger to the camera, being a regular guest presenter on Loose Women and previously acting in US soap Days Of Our Lives.
A source revealed to The Mirror: "She thinks doing the show with Robbie will be a lot of fun - particularly as she wants to beat her husband at his own game. She can't wait to get started."
The couple were first introduced by a friend in 2006, and tied the knot three years later. Together they share two children - Teddy, 5, and Charlie, 3.
The 15th series of X Factor will kick start this August on ITV1.
