Beyonce is more than happy to have her biggest fan, daughter Blue Ivy support her on numerous world-wide tours but she admits that juggling motherhood and pop stardom wasn't easy to adjust to. She explained: "After giving birth there’s a moment of rediscovery when you are making sure you still have goals and take care of yourself as a woman.That was something I struggled with – making sure I was still this strong woman and also making time for my child and balancing the two."
2. Rochelle often works Alaia-Mai into her busy schedule.
Cradling her two-year-old daughter whilst getting her makeup done is all in a days work for Rochelle Humes. When she's not performing with The Saturdays, the brunette beauty is busy modelling her range of clothing for Very.co.uk. Speaking on the life balancing act she claims: "I can bring Alaia to work with me a lot of the time and it's nice to be able to have it all - but my daughter will always be my priority and I would choose her over anything to do with work."

As a former Spice Girl, the heights of Victoria Beckham's 90s pop career was way before her children's time. In fact, the singer-turned-designer claims Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper didn't even even know that she worked! She said: "It wasn't until they came to the show a few seasons ago that I think they realised that mummy actually had a proper job. The Brazllian supermodel has raised eyebrows with her views on parenting, but there's no doubt she loves her kids Benjamin and Vivian. Juggling a multi-million dollar empire and a family might be tricky, but Gisele thinks mums should remember to make time for themselves. She explained: "If I'm feeling fulfilled and present and good about myself, then I'm going to be a much more patient, loving, understanding mother and wife. You have to fill your glass so that everyone can from it."
5. Jennifer Lopez says being a workaholic takes less of a priority.
Jennifer Lopez is at the top of her game as a pop star, actress and 'American Idol' judge but the Latino beauty admits her workaholic habits have taken a back seat since twins Max and Emme arrived. She said: "When I was on my own without the kids, I had no trouble. I worked day to night. Now I’m very different as I’m a working mum. Finding the right balance is just very difficult. Everything else had to take a back seat. I’m figuring it out as I go along and we’re doing just fine.”
6. Kim Kardashian thinks her maternal instincts help her to choose the right projects.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star claims prioritisation is key when it comes to being a working mum and her maternal instincts helps her to make the right choices. She explained: "I took a hiatus [from work] after I had [North] and found it challenging to start working again because I didn't want to spend any time away." Angelina Jolie isn't afraid to admit that she is more "privileged" than your average working mother, but having six children with husband Brad Pitt isn't always rosy. She says: "Maintaining a marriage and raising kids is hard work. You have to really make sure that your work doesn’t get in the way.
