Jennifer Lopez is at the top of her game as a pop star, actress and 'American Idol' judge but the Latino beauty admits her workaholic habits have taken a back seat since twins Max and Emme arrived. She said: "When I was on my own without the kids, I had no trouble. I worked day to night. Now I’m very different as I’m a working mum. Finding the right balance is just very difficult. Everything else had to take a back seat. I’m figuring it out as I go along and we’re doing just fine.”
