RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the 'Verve Wellbeing Festival' competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 13th May 2019 to Monday 27th May 2019 on Heart Solent/South Coast (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must visit www.heart.co.uk, answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 13th May 2019 and close at 23:59 on Monday 27th May 2019.

4.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and contacted by Heart via phone.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prizes:

7.    One winner will receive two-weekend tickets to the Verve Wellbeing Festival and an overnight stay at 10 Castle Street (hotel) on Saturday 7th September 2019.

8.    The weekend tickets to visit the Verve Wellbeing Festival are for 2 adults aged 18 or over and are valid for both days of the Festival - Saturday 7th September 2019 10am until 12am and 
Sunday 8th September 2019 10am until 6pm. The tickets include admission only. No treatments, travel, food and drink are included.

9.    The overnight stay will be in a double room at 10 Castle Street (part of the Kasteel Collection) and includes breakfast. The stay must be used on Saturday 7th September 2019 during the Verve Wellbeing Festival. The stay must be booked by 1st July 2019.

10.  Full prize redemption will be discussed with the winner.

11.  There is no cash alternative.

12.  Travel to and from the event is not included.

13.  Global & Verve Wellbeing Festival reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
