Get Wild at Ham Hill Country Park
Location: Ham Hill Country Park
Date: Monday 15th February
Time: 10am-3.30pm
Children are being invited to get wild at Ham Hill Country Park this February half term at an event held by South Somerset District Council’s Countryside Rangers. Bookings are now being taken for two sessions that will be held on Monday 15 February to guide families on a nature adventure into the park’s woods and old quarries, with nature related activities along the way.
Under eights can take part in a morning session from 10am until 12 noon and over eights are invited to the afternoon walk from 1.30pm to 3.30pm for £2.50 per child.

Free Family Fun Day
Location: The Legion Club, Bridgwater
Date: Tuesday 16th February
Time: 10am-2pm
On Tuesday 16th February 2010 from 10 am until 2pm NHS Somerset will be holding a FREE family fun day at The Legion, Castle Street, Bridgwater.
A magician will be performing and balloon modelling, children will be able to make their own badges and have their face painted. They can take look at a fire engine and meet the firemen. They can do some colouring and lots more.
This fun day coincides with the launch of the smokefree homes and cars project in Bridgwater. Families will have to opportunity to take away promotional materials on the day

Puss In Boots
Location: Bradford-on-Tone Village Hall
Date: 17th-20th February
The award winning Bradford Players are in full rehearsal for their next Panto offering of Puss in Boots, written by Paul Alexander and Directed by Jane Emmott, produced by arrangement with Jasper Publishing.
A traditional story of a princess, a young lad out to seek his fortune and some colourful characters.  Will good outwit evil? Will love conquer all? Will they all live happily ever after?  You’ll just have to come along and find out!

Cabaret Concert 2010
Location: St Michael's Church, Pitts Close, Galmington, Taunton, TA1 4TP
St Michael's Players present and evening of fun, frolic and famility entertainment.This year we are supporting 'Termoli Troop' of 40 Commando Royal Marines based at Norton Fitzwarrent.  This is a dedicated section supporting casualties and their families during their rehabilitation and recovery.

6.   Wurzels Tribute Night! with The Mangledwurzels

A night of Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western madness from The Mangledwurzels!
The Mangledwurzels are a three-piece Scrumpy & Western band based in Somerset writing and performing in the style of Adge Cutler. Formed in early 2005, the band has established themselves across the West Country with their highly entertaining live performances blending classic Wurzels songs with self-penned original compositions and pop standards 'Mangled' in true Wurzels tradition.
With a deal signed with independent record label Loose Records (who had the real Wurzels on their books in the 1990s), The Mangledwurzels released their critically acclaimed second album "Wurz'Ee II" in July 2009 containing fifteen original Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled, Scrumpy & Western songs reeking with rustic charm.
