A Somerset man has been jailed for six years for indecently assaulting children.
55-year-old David Byrne, from Langport but formerly from the West Hendford area of Yeovil, was convicted of four counts of indecent assault on boys under the age of 16.
The offences relate to three victims in the Yeovil area between the late 1970s and the late 1990s.
He has also been put on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely and was given an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order with specified conditions.
Investigating officer DC Vicki Edwards said: ''David Byrne is a predatory and dangerous offender and we believe there may be more victims who have yet to come forward.
''We'd like to reassure any further victims that we will take your report seriously and investigate any offences with the utmost care and sensitivity. If you don't want to speak directly to the police, please speak to someone.''
