Family Tributes To Portsmouth Teenager

The family of Portsmouth teenager Lewis Mackley have released tributes to him.

The 18-year-old from Drayton died in a car crash on April the 15th in Porthcawl, South Wales. 16-year-old Tommy Elmes, and 43-year-old Danny Philbrow from Paulsgrove also died, along with Tommy Marsh from Port Solent. A fifth man who was in the car is expected to make a full recovery.
