Hampshire Police have blamed technical problems with e-fit software for a picture of a suspect that looks like he has a lettuce on his head.

The image was issued by the force - trying to trace a distraction burglar in Stockbridge.

The e-fit shows a man with bright green hair.

Officers admit it was not the best quality, and are waiting for an upgrade to their system.
