Jamie Dack Murder Retrial Starts
The retrial starts today (Wednesday) of three people accused of murdering Jamie Dack and leaving his body in a burning bin in Southampton.
Firefighters found the 22-year-old's badly burned remains when they were called to put out the fire on the Empress Road Industrial Estate in the early hours of April 8th, 2012.
A post-mortem examination found Mr Dack had been stabbed in the neck, shoulder, chest, abdomen and leg.
26-year-old Andrew Dwyer-Skeats and 21-year-old Donna Chalk from Bevois Mews - and Ryan Woodmansey, 31 and of no fixed address, will stand trial at Winchester Crown Court. All three deny murder.
The jury in the original trial was discharged last November for legal reasons, after 6 weeks of hearing evidence.
