Jo Yeates Memorial Garden Opens

A memorial garden for murdered landscape architect Joanna Yeates is being officially opened in Romsey.

Family members will gather at the Sir Harold Hiller Gardens in Ampfield to see the garden opened in a private ceremony this evening (Monday 18th June).

Jo's parents, who live in Ampfield, helped plant wildflowers at the garden in May - their daughter once worked there.

It was designed and created by fellow landscape architects for Jo, who was murdered in Bristol in 2010. Her neighbour Vincent Tabak was jailed for life i November 2011 for killing her.
