Police want to speak to the man who's pictured, following an indecent incident in Station Street, Portsmouth.
A 14-year-old girl entered the Matalan ladies toilets on her way home from school between 2.45pm and 3.15pm on September 22.
While in the cubicle, the schoolgirl saw a hand holding a camera-phone appear over the top of the toilet door.
The camera flashed several times as the offender took photographs of the victim using the facility.
The victim was very distressed by what happened and contacted her mother who reported the incident to Hampshire Constabulary.
Officers want to talk to this man, captured on CCTV outside the toilets, in connection with the incident.
DC John Briggs of Fratton CID, said: “This was a disturbing crime which understandably left the victim feeling very upset.
“We would like to speak to this man, or anyone who may know his identity, about what occurred that day.”
