Two men have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence over his death on 25th July 2012.
The father of 10 children had been working at South Coast Skips, on Rudford Industrial Estate, in Ford.
The men, aged 62 and 26, and from Hampshire, were later released on bail.
On 7 September, two other men, aged 47 and 50, from West Sussex, were also arrested and bailed on suspicion of the same offence.
