British Transport Police (BTP) detectives have charged two men in connection with an incident where a freight train struck a wheelie bin at Liphook railway station in the early hours of Saturday, 15 May.
Two men have been charged with obstructing the railway and endangering safety, this follows an incident at Liphook railway station in the early hours of Saturday, 15 May.
The two men charged in connection with the incident are Ashley Keatings, aged 20, of Hillbrow Road, Liss, and Jacob Kirby, aged 20, of Station Road, Liss.
They will next appear at Aldershot Magistrates Court on Thursday, 5 August.
