RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Fan Van’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 9th September – Friday 11th October 2019 on Heart South Wales (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and enter the competition with a correct answer.

4. The entrants will be given a multiple-choice question, with four chances to win. 

5. A winning entrant will be selected at random from the entries on Thursday 19th September, Thursday 26th September, Monday 7th October and Thursday 10th October. 

6. All entrants must be in CF, NP and SA postcodes and available on those above dates. 

7. If the contacted entrant is unable to answer the first call, and Global is unable to make contact within 30 minutes. They will be re-entered into the draw and another entrant selected.

8. The winning entrant (when it is confirmed by Global they have won) will be contacted by Jagger and Woody later on in the day for a phone call, which will be recorded and played out on air.

All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

9. Entrants must be 18 or over.

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:

11. Each winner will receive:
• 49” Smart 4k Ultra HD LED TV
• £100 worth of food and drink
• Decorations and party accessories

12. The TV and decorations will be delivered by Nathaniel Cars within the ‘Fan Van’ on the day of the phone call.

13. The food and drink will be given in the form of a gift card of the winners choice for the sum of £100. Valid for one supermarket chosen by the winner selected during a phonecall with a Global representative.

14. The gift card will be sent by post within 28 working days of being told they are the winner.

15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
