Chinese Restaurant Burglary Charges

Three men have been charges with burglary after an incident at a Chinese restaurant.

The allegations are from the Tasty Wok restaurant in Nacton Road, Ipswich on Monday 19 September.

Paul Kilroy, a 50-year-old unemployed man from Blacksmith Place in Liverpool, has been charged with burglary.

Terrence Lee Garvey, a 50-year-old unemployed man from Ruskin Street in Liverpool, has been charged with burglary.

Terrence Stephen Garvey, a 28-year-old man unemployed man from Ruskin Street in Liverpool, has been charged with burglary.

They have also all been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary in relation to a number of takeaway restaurants and linked private accommodation between Saturday 17/09/11 and Wednesday 21/09/11.

The men were arrested on Tuesday 20 September and taken to the Ipswich Police Investigation Centre where they were subsequently charged yesterday. They were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court today, Friday 23 September.
