Ipswich: Man Stabbed in Legs

A man's in a stable condition after he was found with stab wounds.

A man remains in hospital this morning after receiving stab wounds during an incident in Ipswich last night, Tuesday 3 July.

Police were called at around 8:25pm to reports of a fight involving a number of people in Gibbons Street. Upon arrival officers found the injured man, who had stab wounds to both his legs.

The ambulance service also attended the scene and the man was taken to Ipswich Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Police are appealing for anyone with information in relation to the incident to contact Ipswich CID immediately on 101.
